Mary CHAN, founding publisher of MCCM Creations since 2001. Chan’s background crosses between disciplines in book & magazine publishing, arts management, marketing and advertising at multi-national corporations.  In Nov 2014, Chan was awarded American Institute of Architects (AIA) Hong Kong Chapter Citation, in recognition of her commitment to publishing original and inspiring books on art, architecture, design, and the visual culture of Hong Kong and neighbouring cities, and for fostering public awareness of issues related to the built environment.

Aaron CHAN

Euginie KWOK, a veteran corporate communication practitioner, Kwok has over 25 years of extensive experience in corporate communications, marketing communications and issues management. She holds an MBA degree from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), Macquarie University, Australia


 

Vincent YU, photojournalist, photography artist, Yu was chairman for Hong Kong Press Photographers Association in 2006 and founder of Upper Station Photo Gallery between 2010 and 2012.  Senior photographer for the Associated Press since 1989, Yu’s major overseas photo assignments included North Korea, China Community Party 18th Party Congress, Japan Earthquake and Fukushima nuclear disaster, Pakistan floods, and Thailand political crisis and red shirt protest.

Christoper MATTISON was Associate Curator & Publisher of University Museum and Art Gallery (UMAG) at The University of Hong Kong.  Before joining UMAG, Christopher was the Director of SOMA Heritage Preservation Project and Assistant Director of Advanced Institute at City University of Hong Kong and Senior Editor of Chinese University Press (Hong Kong). He is also the founder of the translation archive Hong Kong Atlas (2011). Prior to arriving Hong Kong in 2009 with his family, Christopher has always been a part of publishing and translation world in the United States of America since the mid-nineties, he had extensively involved in various senior editorial roles of literary works and translation, to name a few, Senior Editor of Zephyr Press (MA); Translator Editor of Zoland Poetry, Cambridge (MA); Co-Editor of Jintian Translation Series in Princeton (NJ). Christopher is also an active advisor and panelist in various writing, poetry and translation conferences, workshops and fellowship programmes. 

Magdalena WONG (PhD in Anthropology, LSE), an anthropologist with academic interests in gender, kinship, urbanization, and the anthropology of politics and development. Her regional expertise and interests relate to China. Before pursuing her interests in anthropology Wong had a career in business, founding and managing a major research company Oracle Added Value (WPP Group) providing insights, information and consultancy services to global clients seeking to expand their markets and consumer base in China. In 2008, Mag was selected the Outstanding Women Entrepreneur of the Year by Hong Kong Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Association.
